How to pay: The New Metrobank App
1. Open the Metrobank App and log in
2. Tap PAY BILLS on the bottom navigation bar
 a. Select source account
 b. Enter the amount
 c. Search or Select biller “NOTRE DAME OF MARBEL UNIVERSITY”
 d. Complete required fields: ID NUMBER & DEPARTMENT / YEAR LEVEL
 e. Choose a payment schedule, then TAP NEXT
3. Review transaction details, then tap CONFIRM
4. Enter your Metrobank Passcode, then tap NEXT
5. Enter the SMS One-Time Password (OTP), then tap NEXT
6. You’re done!
How to pay: Metrobank Online
1. Log in to https://onlinebanking.metrobank.com.ph
2. Click PAY BILLS on your dashboard
 a. Enter the amount
 b. Search or Select biller “NOTRE DAME OF MARBEL UNIVERSITY”
 c. Complete required fields: ID NUMBER & DEPARTMENT / YEAR LEVEL
3. Review transaction details, then click CONTINUE
4. Enter your Metrobank Passcode, then click SUBMIT
5. Enter the SMS One-Time Password (OTP), then click SUBMIT
6. You’re done!
You will get notfications via email and SMS that you were able to pay your bill successfully

Pay through any AUB Branch (IBED)

Pay through any AUB Branch
1. Visit any AUB Branch for Over-the-Counter (OTC) transactions.
2. Proceed to the Virtual Teller to queue the transaction. Select 'Payments' from the
Menu.
3. Select the company (NDMU, INC.) from the list of billers and fill out the required
information such as Educational level, Student LRN (Learner Reference Number),
Student Name.
4. Once all details are complete and submitted, a transaction queue slip will be printed.
5. Our AUB Teller will call the number for the payment process.
6. AUB will provide the transaction receipt as proof of payment.

Pay through the AUB Mobile
1. If you have an existing AUB Preferred Accounts and enrolled in AUB's Mobile
Banking, you may pay through the AUB Mobile App.
2. Log in to your Mobile Banking account.
3. Tap the Pay Bills icon.
4. If you have multiple accounts enrolled, select the Source Account No. then tap the Biller
Institution to see the drop down.
5. Select the company (NDMU, INC.) from the list of billers and fill out the required information
such as Educational level, Student LRN (Learner Reference Number), Student Name.
6. You will be redirected to the Confirmation Page. After this, click Confirm.
7. You successfully paid your payment. AUB will provide the transaction details as proof of
payment.

Pay through the AUB Preferred Online Banking
1. If you have an existing AUB Preferred Accounts and enrolled in AUB's Online Banking, you
may pay through AUB's Preferred Online Banking.
2. Log in to your Online Banking account.
3. Key in the 6-digit code from his Security Token.
4.Click the Pay Bills on the left side Transaction Menu.
5. If you have multiple accounts enrolled, select the Source Account No.
then tap the Biller Institution to see the drop down.
6. Select the company (NDMU, INC.) from the list of billers and fill out the required information
such as Educational level, Student LRN (Learner Reference Number), Student Name.
7. A pop up dialogue box will appear, click OK.
8. Key in the 6-digit code from his Security Token.
9. You have successfully paid his payment. AUB will provide the transaction receipt as proof of
payment.

Pay through the Hellomoney App
1. If you have an existing HelloMoney account, you may pay through the HelloMoney App.
2. If you don't have an account yet, simply download the HelloMoney App and register to open
an Account.
3. Log in to your HelloMoney account.
4. Tap the Pay Bills icon.
5.Select the company (NDMU, INC.) from the list of billers and fill out the required information
such as Educational level, Student LRN (Learner Reference Number), Student Name.
6. You will be redirected to the Confirmation Page. After this, click Confirm.
7. You have successfully paid your payment. AUB will provide the transaction details as proof of
payment.

For BPI Payment:
Please send your proof of payment in our NEW OFFICIAL ACCOUNT at business@ndmu.edu.ph and provide the following details:
• Student's Complete Name (Family Name, First Name)
• Grade or Year Level and Course (For College and Graduate School)

RCBC BILLS PAYMENT Step by Step Guide
VIA RCBC ONLINE RETAIL (ROR)
1. Go to www.rcbconlinebanking.com
2. Type your 'User ID' & 'Password', click Login
3. Go to 'Pay Bills' Menu
4. Under Payment Details
 • Pay From* Select 'Source Account Number' dropdown
 • Pay To* Select 'List of Billers
5. Select 'Schools/Universities', then select 'NOTRE DAME OF MARBEL UNIVERSITY'
6.Input 'Student Name' and 'Grade Level & Dept.'
7.Input 'Amount' and 'Remarks' (non-mandatory)
8. Click 'Submit' button
9. Click 'Proceed To Payment'
10. Input 'OTP', then submit
11. End of payment transaction.
12. You can Save the Bills Payment Cyber Receipt by selecting the following options:
 • Save Transactions as Template
 • Save Receipt as Local file
 • Save to Mail Box

RCBC BILLS PAYMENT Step by Step Guide
OVER THE COUNTER
A. Fill up the Bills Collection Slip and indicate the following:
1. Biller Name: NOTRE DAME OF MARBEL UNIVERSITY
2. Name: STUDENT NAME
3. Indicate other payment information under the Other Payment Information field (as required by Biller)
• GRADE LEVEL AND DEPARTMENT
• CONTACT NUMBER
4.If Cash Payment: Total Cash Payment
5.If Check Payment: Please Fill Out the Check Details
For Over-The-Counter via TouchQ Machine
1. Tap screen to start.
2. Tap Bills Payment.
3. Choose Category then Select Biller: SCHOOLS/UNIVERSITIES / NOTRE DAME OF MARBEL UNIVERSITY
4. Choose Mode of Payment.
5. Encode Reference Number ('1'), Amount and Contact number then Click Next.
6. Confirm Transaction details then Click 'NO' (if no need to do other transactions)
7.Get your Queue number and present to Teller
B. Present the accomplished form to Service Associate (SA)
• Bills Collection Slip
• Queue Number Slip from TouchQ Machine
C. Keep a copy of the validated Bills Collection Slip or Universal Transaction Slip as proof of payment
